A day after a severed head was found in Hewitt Meadows Park in Mississauga, police have found two human hands
Peel Regional Police are reporting that they have found two human hands, a left and a right, in the same place where a human head was found on Thursday, and a human foot on Wednesday.
Police say they have not yet confirmed all the body parts are from the same body, but it is "common sense" to assume so.

In a statement to the press on Friday, Sgt. Pete Brandwood said one hand was found near the same location as the foot, and the other was found further downstream.

He says police are examining an additional item of interest, but that it needs to undergo forensic testing before police could say if it was another body part.
Police are still saying that they cannot yet say that the person was murdered, as they have not yet identified a cause of death, nor has the victim been identified. The victim is believed to be a woman, based on the presence of yellow nail polish on the toenails.
Earlier today, police said that the body parts found in the Credit River were not related to Luka Magnotta, who was arrested for the murder and dismemberment of Jun Lin in June, nor missing Brampton teen Mila Johnson.
