But as Josie Gibson sported a bikini on holiday in Mallorca late last month, she showed the downside of her weight loss as she displayed her slightly saggy stomach.
While Josie looks significantly thinner than she used to, the 27-year-old star is still struggling to get rid of the excess skin around her middle - a common problem for people who have shed a lot of weight.

Josie was wearing a cute bright pink two-piece as she soaked up the sun in Palma alongside her boyfriend Luke.
The former Big Brother winner wore her long blonde hair piled up on top of her head as she strolled along by the beach and the swimming pool.
Josie has lost an amazing two stone after embarking on a strict health and fitness regime over the past few months.

Josie told Now magazine she had been 'working her a**e off' in short bursts of exercise, known as 'primal training'.
'Even my skin and hair feel healthier - and since I cut down on the booze, saving it for special occasions, I've been thinking clearer and getting loads more done in my life', Josie added.

And the blonde, who is a size 12, doesn't want to stop there and hopes to slim her way down to a size 10.

But the images shocked the former Big Brother winner most of all, causing her to label herself a 'beast, before taking action and dropping the pounds.
