The School of Professional Communication at Ryerson University is excited to announce it will be hosting three professional workshops this year as part of the Faculty of Communication and Design Summer Workshop Series!

Today’s business leaders must be prepared to handle both internal and external communications in times of crises, collaboration, team building, and negotiation. These one and two day workshops have been designed to give entry and mid-level managers the skills they need to accelerate their career in today’s increasingly competitive job market. Participants will have the opportunity to take part in well-established programs facilitated by a renowned expert who has over 15 years of communications experience in North America, Europe, the Caribbean, and the Middle East in government, private, and non-profit sectors.

The three workshops available this year include:

One for All and All for One: Team Building and Conflict Management
When the Unthinkable Happens: Crisis Communication in the 21st Century
The ABCs and XYZs of Strategic Communication Planning

You can find complete details all on workshops (including descriptions, dates, pricing, and instructor biography) and enroll at workshops.fcad.ryerson.ca. Please note that class sizes are being kept at a minimal level so all participants have the most beneficial experience possible. Early registration is STRONGLY advised.

If you have any questions feel free to contact fcad.workshops@ryerson.ca.

Thanks, we hope to see you there!
