TIFF 2013: Movie Stars Party at the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival

Adam Levine and Kiera Knightley

After they're finished answering questions at press conferences and interview junkets, and posing at red carpet premieres all days, the stars are ready to let loose at the Toronto International Film Festival. Take a look at some of the best bashes going down at TIFF.

Co-stars Adam Levine and Keira Knightley hung tight at the afterparty for their film "Can a Song Save Your Life." Everyone was buzzing about how great the movie was at the Grey Goose bash at Hudson's Bay Party which was held at lounge Patria. Kiera sipped on a Canadian Crush cocktail and held court on the patio. Adam was one table over with his Maroon 5 band mates who came out to support the singer. Producers Harvey and Bob Weinstein (who reportedly are in final negotions to buy U.S. rights) stopped by and sat with Adam for a bit. (9/7/13)

 Jennifer Garner

Jennifer Garner was all smiles at the Focus Features bash for her film "Dallas Buyers Club." It was a late night for Jennifer and her co-stars Matthew McConaughey and Jared Leto. The party didn't get started until about 12:45 a.m., but everybody was in great spirits. And for good reason! The cast and crew received a standing ovation from the audience after its TIFF premiere. The post-screening party, sponsored by Audi, took place at Ciba restaurant. Matthew, Jennifer, and Jared were swarmed by guests eager to offer up their praise for the film. (9/7/13)

 Zac Efron and Colin Hanks

Zac Efron hung with co-star Colin Hanks at the "Parkland" afterparty at Soho House Toronto. Zac kept to himself at the Grey Goose bash until Colin Hanks arrived. The two hung out and laughed for most of the night. Zac definitely needed to unwind after an interesting day. At a press conference earlier Friday a reporter asked Zac what it was like being called a "softball actor." (9/6/13) Credit: Stefanie Keenan/Getty Images

Nicole Kidman

Nicole Kidman posed for photos at "The Railway Man" afterparty at The Hive. The Oscar-winning actress seemed relaxed as she grazed on appetizers and chatted with friends. Co-star Colin Firth arrived later on with his wife. (9/6/13) Credit: WireImage

Daniel Radcliffe

Daniel Radcliffe was life of the party at the Grey Goose vodka dinner for "Horns" at Soho House Toronto. The "Harry Potter" star mingled with his cast and crew and was incredibly friendly to partygoers. He happily posed for photos with anyone who came up to him and made a solid effort to talk to all the guests in attendance. How refreshing! (9/6/13) Credit: Stefanie Keenan/Getty Images

Toni Collette and Ryan Eggold

Toni Collette, director Megan Griffiths and actor Ryan Eggold were in good spirits at the "Lucky Them" bash at AMC Storys. Ryan even whipped out his guitar and gave a performance at the after-party. (9/6/13)

Benedict Cumberbatch and Juno Temple

Benedict Cumberbatch and Juno Temple got close at the Grey Goose vodka party for Michael Sugar at Soho House Toronto. Cumberbatch's flick "The Fifth Estate" opened the Toronto International Film Festival earlier in the evening, so the busy actor was ready to kick back after press duties wrapped. Benedict was definitely the life of the party (until Michael Fassbender took the title later, that is). He spent most of the night chatting with co-stars Daniel Brühl and Alicia Vikander. Benedict and Alicia were even spotted getting down on the dance floor! (9/5/13) Credit: Stefanie Keenan/Getty Images for Grey Goose Vodka

Paul Giamatti

Paul Giamatti posed for a pic with Bitsie Tulloch at the same soiree. The actor couldn't stay out too late as he had to be up bright and early on Friday to promote his film "Parkland." (9/5/13) Credit: Stefanie Keenan/Getty Images for Grey Goose Vodka

 Tom Welling

Tom Welling had all the ladies swooning at the Grey Goose bash. However, much to the dismay of the ogling girls in attendance, the "Parkland" actor spent the night hanging with new dad Colin Hanks. Hanks, who was accompanied by his wife, chatted with Tom for a while before calling it a night. (9/5/13) Credit: Stefanie Keenan/Getty Images for Grey Goose Vodka.

Daniel Brühl

Just call Daniel Brühl Mr. Congeniality! "The Fifth Estate" actor was incredibly friendly at the Soho House Toronto, taking pics with guests and happily chatting with anyone who introduced themselves. Guess he was feeling good from the TIFF opening night gala! (9/5/13) Credit: Stefanie Keenan/Getty Images for Grey Goose Vodka

Alicia Vikander
