The highly sought-after Brazilian most recently featured for Portuguesa, tallying 14 goals in his 24 appearances. TFC Acquires Jackson
Earlier this week, Toronto FC announced that Jackson was acquired from FC Dallas in an exchange for a conditional second round pick and allocation money. The 25 year old midfielder made 96 appearances, scoring 11 goals and adding 13 assists during his time in Dallas. The Brazilian will look to fill the middle of the field alongside Osorio and Laba to make for a strong Reds midfield. For the full story, click here

Bendik Re-signs with Reds
The Reds also re-signed Joe Bendik to a multi-year deal on Tuesday. The young keeper made 33 appearances for the club last season finishing with four clean sheets. The Georgia native made numerous highlight reel saves for Toronto FC in his first year and they can all be seen here.

Greg Vanney Hired
Toronto FC has brought on Greg Vanney as Assistant General Manager and Toronto FC KIA Academy Director. Vanney most recently served as the head coach for LA Galaxy's U-14 Academy side and Technical Director of the LA Galaxy partner club LA Galaxy South Bay.
