Losing coach Anthony Hudson says the Kiwis are "slightly deflated but the team showed a lot of spirit." He admitted "the game didn't go like we wanted it ... and they caused us problems", but he called it an "unbelievable experience" and said there was "a lot to build on." He was full of praise for the hosts, calling them sharp, quick and motivated.
