The two actresses met up for lunch at the Gemma restaurant at The Bowery Hotel in the East Village.
Olivia, 32, kept things cool and simple in a white tank-top that displayed her toned arms and a pair of loose-fitting, electric blue trousers.

Allison stars as Marnie Michaels on Girls, a comedy-drama created by Lena Dunham, 27, about twentysomethings in New York City.
