LAUSANNE, June 21, 2016 - A new doping scandal - as if there were not enough - has arrived with the arrest of Jama Aden in Spain. The Somali manager is the coach of an international group of runners, that include Ethiopian middle distance star Genzebe Dibaba, and other top athletes from a number of countries.
