She's never hidden from the fact that she's a fitness fanatic, claiming that her body is a temple.
So it was no surprise that Nicole Scherzinger spent Monday doing yoga on the beach during her trip home to her native Hawaii.
Showing off her staggering flexibility, the X Factor judge performed a number of moves as a pal snapped away, later uploading the pictures to her Instagram page.

Clearly having fun with the positions, Nicole twisted her body around for the pictures captioning them: 'Yoga gone bad, lol! #HAWAII.'

The 35-year-old, who has returned home for a break ahead of the X Factor live shows, certainly seemed to be making the most of her holiday before getting back to work.
Looking happy and relaxed, despite her recent heartbreak, the fun-loving star wore a white print bikini and left her mane of dark hair loose and tousled for her day on the beach.

Proving that she's certainly maintained her dancer's physique, the former Pussycat Doll grabbed her leg and lifted it over her head in one snap.
In another she displayed her balance skills as she put her hands together and stood on one leg, with the other lifted up onto her thigh.
The star is rumoured to be in the process of reuniting with former love Lewis Hamilton, but it seems that she was enjoying spending a little time away from all the drama.
And she certainly looked relaxed as she posted a pictured of herself stretching out on the beach in the same string bikini.

Despite seeming in great spirits, Nicole reportedly broke down during recent filming for The X Factor boot camp in London earlier in the month.
The Mail on Sunday recently revealed that Nicole’s ex, Formula 1 superstar Lewis, has been pulling out all the stops to win back his ex love.
A source close to Lewis added: ‘They have met up and have been staying in regular contact, but they haven’t got back together just yet.’
The couple ended their relationship last month after five years together, blaming the split on their hectic work schedules which often see them separated for months at a time.
