WTA No 1 Serena Williams will play the giant Belinda Bencic (Switzerland) in Saturday evening's semifinals at the Canadian women's tennis event Rogers Cup.The young Swiss player amazed everyone with a 6-4 and 6-1 victory. She has collected incredible wins this week at Rogers Cup in Toronto over Canadian Eugenie Bouchard, former No. 1s Caroline Wozniacki and now Ana Ivanovic, as well as German Sabine Lisicki, the faster serve in the WTA and a player that usually score 27 aces in a match.

Will be the 18-year Swiss player coached by Melanie Molitor, mother and coach of great world No. 1 Martina Hingis, who usually help with tactical plans for Belinda, and the one to defeat Serena Williams, the last five year dominant player in WTA, is the one to see.

Bencic simply says: "I am enjoying the moment and certainly it is great to pass quarterfinal, defeating such great player as Bouchard, Wozniacki, Lisicki and now Ivanovic. Maybe it will take me a little to fall sleep tonight, but I will eventually rest happy to go against the best player in the world. And I will enjoy that too".

She remembered that in the last game against Ivanovic, "she killed me 6-3, 6-4. I was nervous before the match, I tried not to think about it, I feel the ball so good, there was not so much unforced error, I did force her with all that I have in my package. Now, it was my turn, stick to the plan. Imagine, defeating her when I have a huge poster of her in my bedroom door. I think I have been have to play great tactics, use a lot of tennis tools. Yeah, I screamed like if I have won the tournament, but I am always like that. Enjoy the game. So happy.`
`
Serena Williams has already told the press that Bencic is the great future of women's tennis: " Imagine, she is the greatest female player in history and telling that of me. All I know that I have nothing to lose against her in semi-final, I will enjoy that match".

Bencic has defeated four Top 10 in the last month, two No. 1 in Toronto (Ivanovic and Wozniacki), great wins over Bouchard and Lisicki. She is The Zone, going with a successful flow: "I was watching the video recordings of my matches in Toronto, and I said to my partner, "Do I really play so good like it shows there?  Now playing Serena Williams seems like unreal, but I will be there, planning to climb to Top 10 as soon as possible."

Simona Halep of Roumania, No. 2 seed, had to battle an initial  0-6 versus Agnieszka Radwanska, to finally win with a 6-3 6-2 in second and third sets.

Halep and Sara Errani are paired for the other SF that will be played at 1 pm in Centre Court, followed by doubles match Bethanie Mattek-Sands (USA) and Lucie Sarafova (CZE) vs Kristina Mladenovic (FRA) and Karolina Pliskova (CZE).

Serena Williams and Belinda Bencic will be featured at 6:30 pm, followed by historical Martina Hingis (Switzerland) and Sania Mirza (IND) vs Carolina Garcia and Katarina Srebotnik (SLO).
