“Further investigation has revealed that this was not an accident, as previously reported.” Toronto police release photos of woman struck by Pape subway train
Toronto police have released photographs of a woman who was fatally hit by a subway train on June 16 in attempts to identify her.
The woman was struck around 8:40 p.m. at Pape station and was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said she had no identification on her.
They initially said it was an accident, but later sent out a correction.
“Further investigation has revealed that this was not an accident, as previously reported.”
In a news release Monday night, police released new information, along with the victim’s photograph, saying she had the words “I love you Kevorkian Dejanovic & Coculuzzi” tattooed on the upper left side of her back.

She is described as white, between the ages of 25 and 30, 5’4” and 145 lbs. with shoulder-length light brown and auburn hair. She was wearing a black tank top, black tights, black high-heeled shoes with laced straps.
