FREE STYLE SOCCER TRAINING PROGRAM: How should a complete beginner practice freestyle football?

Freestyle Soccer is an awesome display of acrobatic and athletic moves performed with a soccer ball. It’s the combination of creativity, imagination, and ball control that provides an amazing display of soccer tricks and live entertainment. Performing Freestyle Soccer requires players to be focused on every movement, maneuvering the ball and their body as if it were one. Once you develop the rhythm of this challenging yet motivating sport, your concentration and focus allows you to find the ultimate ball control, we call this "in the zone."
In Freestyle Soccer there are no limits, there is no right or wrong, it's all up to the Freestyler.  Remember, be creative, use your imagination, and most of all have FUN!
THE BENEFITS OF FREESTYLE
Though Freestyle Soccer is totally cool to do and watch, it also possesses a strong developmental aspect. This is especially true among today‚'s young soccer players. Through past performances, workshops and clinics, we have observed an untold progression with kids exposed to Freestyle Soccer. Some noticeable areas of improvement we have identified are:
  •  Ball Control
  • Dexterity (foot & eye coordination)
  • Balance
  • Positioning
  • Increased Concentration
  • Flexibility and Strength
  •  Confidence with the ball
  • Anticipation (decision making)
  • Motivation and Determination
  • Swiftness (speed)
Freestyle Soccer is out to develop the skills and ball control of all soccer players around the world. Kids start playing soccer religiously as soon as they can walk, when not on the field playing, they juggle the ball to improve their skills. Freestyle Soccer puts the fun into practicing. Start by doing one keep-up, then two, then three‚ once you can do ten, catch the ball between your knees (KNEE GRAB), bounce the ball off your heel (HEELCAKE), then without dropping the ball, pass the ball using the back of your knee (THE POP); the tricks go on and on. It may sound or look hard but with technique and practice, it will happen.
Remember that If you are having fun then the results will come!

First of all you need to have a lot of patience and determination because this sport takes time to grab a hold of and you need to practice regularly.
Apart from that, your everyday session should be divided into 3periods.
1st.... Learn to juggle with both feet (try to keep increasing the amount, say if u get 2 then try 3, after that 4, n so on... Till you achieve at least a 100)
2nd.... Learn the basic tricks (atw, htw, hatw, crossover.) And make sure this also u try getting with both feet, coz that is very imp for advanced tricks
3rd.... This period isn't imp for beginners as you practice advance tricks here but beginners can learn to do basic tricks while juggling or try doing two or more basic tricks together (we call it combos)

If u don't understand the trick names or how to do it you can visit learn2freestyle.com for more info

To be freestyler the ball has be stuck to your foot like a magnet and u have to work on ball juggling u should be able at least 200 ball juggles it might seem a lot but with effort u can do it even if u could only do 10 or 20 or even 5 its still possible dont let numbers deceive you ive become frustrated a lot of times but i still managed to do at least 100-200 juggles.A freestyler you need to be creative try and master as much skills you can do.Here are some bonus tips 1.When juggling try and lean your back slightly forward for concentration 2.Whenever your trying to do skill on someone never hesitate to do it even if its the cheapest skill eventually ull get more creative 3.Dont think too much while performing skills just feel like this is easy i can do this
4.Never ever give up even if uve failed doing a skill u still should not give up
5.Go on youtube and search beginner skills as u progress start learning intermediate skills the advanced skills.
6. If your fat or to tall you need to work on balance that is working out on legs and cardio  chest and abs mainly but dont get too bulk up im warning you dont over do it
I would say if you work everyday you would see results in like 2 weeks time(thats only if u actually played football before) but if first time i would say in like 6 to 8 weeks but again dont let numbers deceive you
