FREESTYLE SOCCER TRAINING PROGRAM

FREESTYLE Training

Freestyle Soccer is an awesome display of acrobatic and athletic moves performed with a soccer ball. It’s the combination of creativity, imagination, and ball control that provides an amazing display of soccer tricks and live entertainment. Performing Freestyle Soccer requires players to be focused on every movement, maneuvering the ball and their body as if it were one. Once you develop the rhythm of this challenging yet motivating sport, your concentration and focus allows you to find the ultimate ball control, we call this "in the zone."
In Freestyle Soccer there are no limits, there is no right or wrong, it's all up to the Freestyler.  Remember, be creative, use your imagination, and most of all have FUN!

THE BENEFITS OF FREESTYLE
Though Freestyle Soccer is totally cool to do and watch, it also possesses a strong developmental aspect. This is especially true among today‚'s young soccer players. Through past performances, workshops and clinics, we have observed an untold progression with kids exposed to Freestyle Soccer. Some noticeable areas of improvement we have identified are:
  •  Ball Control
  • Dexterity (foot & eye coordination)
  • Balance
  • Positioning
  • Increased Concentration
  • Flexibility and Strength
  •  Confidence with the ball
  • Anticipation (decision making)
  • Motivation and Determination
  • Swiftness (speed)
Freestyle Soccer is out to develop the skills and ball control of all soccer players around the world. Kids start playing soccer religiously as soon as they can walk, when not on the field playing, they juggle the ball to improve their skills. Freestyle Soccer puts the fun into practicing. Start by doing one keep-up, then two, then three‚ once you can do ten, catch the ball between your knees (KNEE GRAB), bounce the ball off your heel (HEELCAKE), then without dropping the ball, pass the ball using the back of your knee (THE POP); the tricks go on and on. It may sound or look hard but with technique and practice, it will happen.
Remember that If you are having fun then the results will come!
