10th Toronto Polish Film Festival is proud to present "Cold War / Zimna Wojna" The new masterpiece from Pawel Pawlikowski "Cold War" ("Zimna Wojna") will be screened at the 10th Toronto Polish Film Festival on Monday, November 5, at 7pm at the Isabela Bader Theatre, 93 Charles St. W., Toronto. Toronto Polish Festival is looking  Pawlikowski was awarded "Best Director" at the 2018 Cannes Film Festival and the film won the "Golden Lion" award for Best Picture at the 43rd Polish Film Festival in Gdynia. Ekran at the 43rd Gdynia Polish Film Festival This past September, the Ekran crew participated in the Gdynia Polish Film Festival - the biggest and most influential Polish film festival in Poland. A week filled with amazing films, panels and press conferences, as well as meeting actors and directors and bringing the "creme de la creme" back to Toronto to you - our audience. Exhibit in Robarts library opens on October 15 Ekran Polish Film Association is excited to co-present free film screenings, together with the Polish Student Association: October 18, "Wrota Europy" ("The Gateway of Europe") November 1, "Miasto 44" ("Warsaw 44") November 22, "Ida" The screenings will be held at the Alumni Hall (room 400), 121 St. Joseph St., Toronto.
