Every week Audrey Vanderstoop, leads a Saturday morning workout. This week is absolutely free as part of the lulaworld festival. All ages welcome.

A free afternoon lecture. Through music and video examples, you'll see and hear the rich and rica history of son, danzon, cha-cha-cha, mambo, and learn about how they helped form modern-day salsa.
After the lecture enjoy an afternoon of rueda dance with TORONTO CASINO AND TIMBA, a group of people from diverse backgrounds who are united by their love of Cuban style salsa dancing (casino) and Cuban salsa music (timba).

Lula is proud to present one of the most creative forces in contemporary salsa - trombonist Jimmy Bosch.
Of Puerto Rican descent and raised in New Jersey, Jimmy has performed and recorded with a who's who of salsa and Latin jazz including Andy Gonzalez, Eddie Palmieri, Ray Barreto, Ruben Blades, Willie Colon and Ocar D'Leon.

Celebrated as the perfect showman and entertainer as well as a true guru of Latin jazz, multi-instrumentalist Bobby Carcassés performs a very special concert with Juno winners Hilario Duran and Jane Bunnett.

As partners on this project, Elumena and Lula will address injury and health concerns of musicians and other artists. Commencing the third week of May 2013, Elumena Health Clinics will run a satellite location on Monday mornings at Lula and will provide highly-subsidised fees for qualified artists.
