"So if he's willing to throw away that game, then the balance of the season, I would think, is definitely on the line. So it's terrible if that's what's going through his mind." [Windsor Star]
• David Shoalts on the Classic: "The players are hurt in the sense that they are supposed to get 50 per cent or whatever share of NHL revenue they will if a new collective agreement is ever negotiated by these people.
