Affair? What affair? Alicia Keys is either super-understanding, in deep, deeeeeeep denial, or everything that’s come to light this week, about Swizz Beatz and his cheating ways, aren’t true. Raise your hand if you think Swizz is a faithful husband?

Yeah, that’s what I thought.

Keys threw a surprise party for her hubby’s 33rd birthday, and he tried to buy her forgiveness demonstrated his appreciation by buying her a car — and showed off his purchase on Twitter to let everyone know how generous a husband he is.

“The best part of my b-day today was my gift to my wife,” Beatz tweeted, along with a photo of Alicia standing next to a red Lotus with a huge grin plastered across her face. Is Alicia, the mother of the couple’s child, Egypt, really willing to be bought? I wonder what was going through the singer’s head when the picture was taken — well, aside from the sound of birds tweeting.

Earlier this week, a woman named Christina Elizabeth gave intimate details to Bossip.com about her affair with the record producer. Elizabeth not only claims that she is the reason his last marriage ended, but she and Swizz have continued their relationship throughout his time with Alicia.

The affair recently came out in the open after Christina’s cellphone was lost (not hacked, make no mistake), and the conversations between she and Cheatz Beatz were leaked online. Elizabeth confirmed the messages between them, and also said that even though the pair hadn’t been together as of late, they were planning on an upcoming hookup.

Keys knew what she was getting into, but she apparently attends the same school of denial as Jessica Biel. Alicia shrugged off the cheating allegations and took to Twitter to share her thoughts.

“Haaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!! Some things are just LAUGHABLE!!!!!! Now, Let’s Continue to SHINE!! Everything else is a waste of time!!”

This isn’t Swizz’s first scandal, nor will it be his last. Maybe Alicia went into this marriage with eyes wide open and she’s actually OK with it. But that’s just sad since there’s a 10-month-old involved.
